Don't look in the rearview mirror!

Personally, I prefer planners where the week starts on Sunday; it makes more sense to me.
But, to restart my plan to be more fit and lose weight, Monday is a great start day!
I can't count the number of times I've restarted. I don't want to think about it really, though. To look in the rearview mirror is counterproductive. Yes, I've made mistakes in the past, but I don't want to dwell on them. Rather, I look to the future. I look forward to being fit enough to keep up with my husband on walks. I look forward to fitting into my clothes better. I look forward to better health in my later years because I was proactive to make good choices now.
So keep looking forward!
