Prosecutor has the first report

Saturday, December 01, 2018

Now that the report has been filed it’s now up to the prosecutor and if our case is strong enough to take to trial. He is now putting it on her. He did not force her or make her, and she is of age and he did nothing wrong. I know and see the changes in and with her since October 9 but how do you prove grooming, fear, intimidation, consent. Being mentally impaired the law is as vague as her terminology on explaining what he did. Currently i am trying to involve 2 senators and one representative and until new term politicians are sworn in there’s not much more I can do. One of the other men is moving out and told us he is moving back to the farm where he belongs. Yeah! One relief! Even if this does not make it to trial they have been reported. Thank you for your ongoing support and being a friend

Stick to your facts and remind lawyers and judge that our age of consent is not the same for those who have disabilities. Too bad you can't get a shrink on your side to convince these people that mental impairment does not allow the individual the same rational processes, is easily intimidated, and helpless to defend themselves. It's a gray area that they will want to cut short and spare themselves additional paperwork. However this case ends, you may be pivotal in starting to make changes in the law regarding these situations.
