Still making progress

#Transformation is not easy. #Eating #healthy has to become your lifestyle and not just a momentary #diet. #Exercise is better than #surgery and less scary!!!! I’ve had times when I was unbelievably sore. Told myself get up and go to the gym or take a run at the lake anyway. I’ve had times where I wanted to quit. Told myself to look at how far I’ve come and not to give up. Hell I’ve even had a piece of pie here and there. Even then I had to tell myself no more than one piece. But mentally I motivate myself (especially when there is nobody to motivate me). I started (or restarted as we all have done before) to be serious in February this year at 220 pounds! Today I weighed in at 160! So,although I haven’t touched goal weight yet, I’m definitely on my way and I hope this will serve as inspiration for others.
