Halfway through the 28 day New Spark tracking. Todays read subject congrats you are halfway there.
CONGRATS. I cant feel that. I gained 3 lbs instead of loosing. I been watching what I eat, drinking lots of water, and well exercise is still a downfall as I know that is needed to help. But really gaining instead of loosing? What is wrong with me?
I feel full and don't want to just eat to fill the calories because I tend to just eat to eat and that leads me to mindless eating again. How do you stay motivated when you are really trying to watch and yes I have eaten some not so great things but have really tried to focus on good food. Trying hard not to just give up!
