1. Yesterday the challenge was to do 50 lunges.
2. I did an upper body workout before I knew about the challenge.
Today I ache. I never thought that I would find muscles that I hadn't already discovered. I went to bed feeling great. I woke up with parts of me unhappy that they had to move.
I have found my way to work. My intention is to spend as much time standing as I can. It hurts way too much to sit. My discomfort, this to shall pass.
