1. Yesterday the challenge was to do 50 lunges.
2. I did an upper body workout before I knew about the challenge.

Today I ache. I never thought that I would find muscles that I hadn't already discovered. I went to bed feeling great. I woke up with parts of me unhappy that they had to move.

I have found my way to work. My intention is to spend as much time standing as I can. It hurts way too much to sit. My discomfort, this to shall pass.

    It's difficult when we hurt after doing something good for our bodies. Just know that each subsequent time you do it, it should hurt less and less. Keep up the good work. I love your intention of not sitting as much!
