Sunday Bonus--new scale

I don't write blogs too often, but I am proud of myself. I have now stuck with the Keto WOE for 2 months, I am down 20 lbs and I successfully had 2 planned days where I could eat carbs for a meal and I successfully went right back to my Keto WOE.
I bought myself a new scale today. I got the one that does a full body analysis, BMI, body fat percentage, bone density, and water weight. So excited to use it tomorrow. I got it at our local Kmart that is closing. Not a bad price after the discount.
Plus, my family got me a Fitbit Charge 3 for my birthday. I am anxiously awaiting its arrival.
I do not plan on staying on Keto long term, but I do plan on staying on Sparkpeople long term to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I truly feel that this group of people are one of the best motivating factors in staying true to any healthy eating. I may fall off for a bit, but through challenges, it's easier to stay accountable. I really feel connected to the people in my teams. I especially love the 5% challenges and my first team the Rowdy Rebels and now my current team, the Awesome A's. Our challenge leaders are amazing and I really appreciate the effort they give to these challenges. emoticon
