Been Gone for a Year

Hello everyone! It's been over a year since I've been on SP. I decided last night to download the app on my phone because over the last few months I have really lost all motivation to work out or eat right. I'm struggling to figure out how to get my head in the correct mindset to live a healthier lifestyle. Lately, I have found myself so upset and regretful for letting my weight get to where it is. I'm a stress eater so that makes it really hard but I am going to work on that. I know I need another outlet I can turn to when I'm stressed. Any ideas?
Also, any ideas on how to get in the right mindset so that I stay the course and accomplish my weight loss/healthy lifestyle goals?!? Any tips and advice or words of encouragement are greatly appreciated!
