So I been doing good week one of the 28 day new page.
Lost nothing.
Logged food most days but am under calories alot. But I am not hungry so thats half good.
Drank lots of water.
Need to get fitness in but for some reason my foot has been painful so to the Dr tomorrow to make sure things are ok after stubbing toe on the steps and hearing a pop sound over 2 months ago :(
I wont give up but its just truly frustrating.

    Yes, your right set backs are frustrating. Glad to see you are going to have your toe checked, just to see what gives with the pain yet. once you get some answers, then you can know how to proceed and introduce some sort of workout.
