So I been doing good week one of the 28 day new page.
Logged food most days but am under calories alot. But I am not hungry so thats half good.
Drank lots of water.
Need to get fitness in but for some reason my foot has been painful so to the Dr tomorrow to make sure things are ok after stubbing toe on the steps and hearing a pop sound over 2 months ago :(
I wont give up but its just truly frustrating.
