Night Time Eating

Been reading You On A Diet by Drs. Roizen & Oz. One thing that stuck in my head was "no eating after 8:30 pm". It is starting to work and already I saw a 2 lb drop in my weight. I allow myself a cup of decaf tea after 8:30 but that is it. Of course, I am not perfect, but really trying to make something work. Promise to keep posting with my progress. Thanks for all the friends and kindred spirits I have met here and all the encouragement you have given. Hope I can also inspire you.

    Congrats!! Most days I do well with this, but it took quite awhile. Every now and then I slip, but for the most part, it can get to be another habit(not eating late)
    What helps me is to make sure I get enough protein at supper so I won't be famished before bed. My herbal tea and a nice stretching video are my saviours to battle my night time eating. Keep up the great work!
