When I did weigh, shows a loss of 6 lbs in 10 days, @4 for the challenge week.
Now, I know this is not a normal rate of loss. Just at first when your metabolism is going haywire from the changes. Once I settle into the new routine, it will settle into a new burn rate. But I will take it!

In this for the long term. Can't say I did very well yesterday (Sunday). The electricity went out for a couple of hours, and I did crawl into bed with the covers piled on to nap and stay warm. And even after it came back on...watched a couple of episodes of Longmire. So, not a banner day, did not make my steps or water. Luckily, I exercised before the outage. i'll call it 'throw off my metabolism day'.

But today is a new day! Have my meals planned and lunch packed. I know I can do this!
But I also know it is easy for me to get back into old habits. I put up the profile pic of the sloth, cuz I do believe she is my 'spirit animal', and she is cute and the perfect touch in my redone/redoing bathroom. But I know she does not have to be! Eventually I will replace her with a gazelle...
