Good morning Spark friends!
Well it is 6 months since I had my Reverse Shoulder Replacement (April 9) and I am doing well. Have gradually gone back to my gym for SS classes and also do walking at home or other exercises. I am grateful to be getting back to normal with that routine.
We still have some hot days this week, but will be getting colder soon according to our weather lady. Summer was great, but as always went too fast. I love the Fall colors and pretty days but they will be short, with some Indian Summer if we are lucky. Winter comes quick in OH......Planning to keep up the activity no matter how cold it gets.
Best of luck to all of you with Healthy choices and activity. WW has begun some new ideas to motivate more tracking and rewards. So far it is working well for me. I do keep planning
meals each week and freeze portions of large recipes for days I am gone more.
Keeping it touch with friends has been my most recent--- new life-- the past, almost 17 months since my loss of Bill. Been going to events, clambakes, dinners, and card playing, etc. It is good to be busy and enjoy fun activities. Fun to spend time with my grandkids too when they are not in school. Spark and WW is so rewarding also and motivating.
I appreciate the articles and all the friends who keep me posted on their lives and what works for them to stay healthy.
Enjoy the Fall and keep healthy and happy. Life is short, but life is good. God bless.
Hugs and blessing to all,
