3 months of Intermittent Fasting Completed. Goodbye 37 pounds.

I have completed my first 3 months of IF and I have to say I am very impressed with the plan. I started off with 17/7 then moved to 20/4 and now I am doing OMAD which is one meal a day. Over the 3 months I have binged 3 times and ate outside my window 4 times. I will improve that over the next 3 months. Doing good with my exercising and having lots of fun using my WII again. I have turned back to doing more chair exercising because I was doing damage by trying to stand and exercise. I do not want any injuries so for now, I will stick with chair exercises. I said goodbye to 37 lbs and I am feeling so much better. Looking forward to the next 3 months.

    You are doing great, lots of willpower. Enjoy the journey to weight loss, sometimes we lose track and days become blurred. As you get older time passes so quickly so stop and smell the roses along the weigh!
