3 months of Intermittent Fasting Completed. Goodbye 37 pounds.

I have completed my first 3 months of IF and I have to say I am very impressed with the plan. I started off with 17/7 then moved to 20/4 and now I am doing OMAD which is one meal a day. Over the 3 months I have binged 3 times and ate outside my window 4 times. I will improve that over the next 3 months. Doing good with my exercising and having lots of fun using my WII again. I have turned back to doing more chair exercising because I was doing damage by trying to stand and exercise. I do not want any injuries so for now, I will stick with chair exercises. I said goodbye to 37 lbs and I am feeling so much better. Looking forward to the next 3 months.
