So I guess I forgot to share on here-I broke a toe on my left foot 2 weeks ago & have it taped and in this medical shoe for 8 weeks.
It’s definitely thrown a curveball into working out or even walking for that matter...but luckily balancing work/puppy/to-do’s and healthy living I’m still on track and plugging along. A slower hobbled pace but lol I’m still at it all.
I know to do what I can and rest also when I can so it heals right :)

Right now I get like 5k steps a day logged on my fitbit and do upperbody dumbbell moves as exercise. So all good.
