Freggies Always Come to My Rescue on the Comeback Trail

How many servings of veggies are in this plate? Too many? :D Hahaha! Not if you have High Cholesterol, Or are Diabetic, Or have High Blood Pressure, or if Cancer runs in your family or need strong bones, or you need energy, or you have inflammation in your body, the list goes on and on. So they say 5 servings of fruits and veggies are enough. The Spark Challenge says 5 or starts at 5 freggies. And I read that some medical professionals say TEN Freggies a day. Some of you may have 3 veggies, 2 fruits..some of you may not have any fruits. No matter how you slice it, dice it, chop it, core it, juice it, freggies are so much in demand by our bodies, even if you don't have a medical condition. Today i got in my ten. (Got in my green smoothie with fruits earlier today too!)
