Here is a blog about a few goals i want to see for the next 12 weeks. These's are the same goals i have made for a few years and seem's like something always get's in my way to loss this weight and keep it off. So this is a new lifestyle change and doing this for my health.
I just wanted to say that i want to follow through some goals for the next 12 weeks and here they are:
1. Loss 10 -20 pounds
2. Get 7-8 hours of sleep a night
3. Workout 6 days a week
4. 30 minutes to 45 minutes of exercises a day.
5. Lower my blood sugar
6. Lower my blood pressure
7. Stop the yo-yoing and move forward and not backward.
My goal is to: too see some great exercises and weight gone.
I really want to lose some weight before January 2019.
1. Be determined
3. not give up
I will measure/track my goal by using the following numbers or methods:
yes i will know I've reached my goal when i see the scale at goal weight ,and taking a day at a time. I am making my self a promise i am going to maintain or lose weight for the next 12 weeks with out a gain.
Items I need to achieve this goal:
Healthy foods in the house at all times
How I'll find the time:
Make at least 20 minutes a day
Things I need to learn more about:
People I can talk to for support:
my husband and a few teams i joined.
To feel better about my self and also be healthier.
I will reach my goal by (date): 09/05/19.
Additional dates and milestones I'll aim for:
Just do the best i can do. I just wanted to say that i hope that i can lose some of this weight so i can get off of blood pressure medication and sugar medication and to get healthy for my self not for anyone else. My problem is that i can't stay motivated to long and want to always give up and it has been a yo-yo for way to long and it's time to get with the program. But i have lost a few pounds i lose than i stay the same i just can't keep it going and losing but i guess some weeks i do better than others.
I just wanted to take a few minutes and post a blog of some old goals i have posted in the past and not done what i should of to stay on track so its time to get with the program and see this through so one more try.
Hope i can keep the journaling down each day and working out 6 days a week. Taking a day at a time and hoping for a great tomorrow. So i guess i have wrote enough on this . Put the pass behind me and today is a new start to a better tomorrow and get a board and loss some weight and also this is a new lifestyle change and a great start to making this lifestyle work for me in 2018 and 2019, this is going to be my year for the weight loss. One day at a time and one exercises at a time and one piece of food at a time. And always remember New lifestyle changes and this is going to be my year.
