That's right...I'm back! It's been a hell of a summer and I pretty much all but forgot about weightloss, looking after myself and Sparkpeople! But I am BACK...and since setting my restart date as 1st September I have lost weight and can report a minus rather than a plus on my tracker. Infact...this week, I lost a little over 7lbs!!!

No booze, no crap and more moving. No strict regime, no structured excersise...just being a bit more mindful so I'm feeling pretty good this morning.

Apart from that , I am feeling very excited because I am finally getting my own bed delivered this morning! It's shiny and glitzy and very very girly with a really good mattress as I've been sleeping on a crappy roll out one for 2 years! (poor back) It's actually the same bed my daughter has in her dads house. I remember when we got it I was quite jealous because I loved it and had to put up with the faux brown leather TV bed ex had bought on one of the numerous times he had left me or himself. He wouldn't let me have anything sparkly or girly and now I'm filling the house with it! emoticon

The summer was filled with the stress of moving from my house (now sold) into a rental which is temporary until my new build is ready in April. I took the kids to Egypt ON MY OWN emoticon and took them to Devon with my friend and her daughter. It has been full on! This week has felt more like a holiday than the entire summer put together!

I'm hoping the weekend will be a little peaceful though it begins tonight with a house full of kids and Tom's first football match of the season tomorrow morning!
