Sticking to my exercise goal

I am managing to get in three days a week at the health club. Yesterday I really worked hard at it. I think I maybe worked a little too hard. I am very much in pain today. Hopefully, I'm in a little less when I go tomorrow. I only have to do 15 minutes on my exercise bike today. That should not be a problem. "Discipline and Consistency" will get me to my goal.
