Weekly weigh in 8/20

As part of my weight loss goals, I will be blogging weekly. These blogs will happen on Mondays - also the same day of my weekly weigh-in.
The scale said 228.8, which is 1 pound less than last week (230.4). Will continue to plug away at my goals (workout 3 days/week, 6 cups of water, eat within range).
Last week I had a tough time eating in range and think I didn't lose as much as i could have. My goal is to have a disciplined eating week.
My mantra for this month is do not decrease the goal, increase the effort!
