Time To Do Some Changes

I haven't blogged in quite sometime and I thought I should put my thoughts in writing. I have lost weight but I am not happy with the progress I am making. After doing some thinking I have decided I need to make some changes, I am going to go over my eating habits and make adjustments where they are needed. I also decided that I absolutely have to greatly increase the amount of strength training I do. I tend to mostly do cardio and while I enjoy cardio I need the strength training to strengthen and tone my muscles. I took these two pictures to show where I am at now and to help hold me accountable. I will post pictures every month or so
to show any progress in any that I make.
