I guess I should just quit. I had my longest spark streak going, 73 days. Then Sunday, of all days, I did not log in and BAM!, back to zero. Now I am on day two. Where is the forgiveness button or the tab that let's you take one, or maybe I can click back and sneak it in there. I mean, I stuck with my food plan, did my walking, I even went to church! Maybe there is a hidden message. Maybe it means I am going to lose more weight, or my blood pressure will go down more, or the time I spend stressing out will go down. Hmmm.
