Weekly weigh-in 8/13

As part of my weight loss goals, I will be blogging weekly. These blogs will happen on Mondays - also the same day of my weekly weigh-in.
The scale said 230.4, which is 1 pound less than last week. Will continue to plug away at my goals (workout 3 days/week, 6 cups of water, eat within range).
I will also pay attention to NSVs this week, as my scale is notoriously temperamental.
