Why Stop?

Am finishing another fast tomorrow morning at 9:00 am, for 36 hours. I made it 24 hours tonight and about to go to bed, so think I will be ok. The book I started says do 24-36 hr 1x/week and 4 longer ones throughout the year, not like I did. His point is not fasting for weight loss, but for removal of built up toxins in the body. Feel pretty good right now, was tired around lunch time. Still got 3 one hour walks in throughout the day today and 45 minutes on bike.
