weekly weigh-in 8/6

As part of my weight loss goals, I will be blogging weekly. These blogs will happen on Mondays - also the same day of my weekly weigh-in.

The scale said 231.6, which is 3lbs heavier than I was expecting. Will continue to plug away at my goals (workout 3 days/week, 6 cups of water, eat within range), and hope to see some reductions next week.

Overall I'm being more active that I have been in several months (biking as part of my commute, attending physical therapy for my knee, etc). I am proud of myself for this development, and will try to temper my disappointment at the weight gain.
