Reality check

Just did a check in for weight loss.
WOW wake up call.
I started this journey on Jan 7 2016 it in now Aug 1 2018 and all I have lost is 7# how sad this is.

But they always say check the positive with the negative.
So here it is.
Negative not enough weight loss because I have not given it my all.
Positive I have not quit and will continue to fight.

Negative I hate that I allowed myself to gain weight back.
Positive I know what I need to do.

Negative I hate the way I look and clothes are hard to find.
Positive I donated the clothes that I have not been able to get back into to Kenya mission trip.

    I've been stalled a long time and just working on getting back to the weight I was three years ago which was my lowest. Hubby was dying then, and he could not bear the smell of food cooking. So my small goal is 25 lbs, to just get back to the lowest weight I was. Weight crept up as I made bad choices of too much in each day. Choices are important. Proper ones.

    However, my long term goal is to get back to a size 14 or 16. (Currently 20). If you have no one to work with, try other incentives like earning rewards or money like with the Sweatcoin app~

    Journey can be hard, I know. This is especially true without may e someone to team with to kick you in gear, or any small incentives to keep active. I have a dress I'm trying hard to for In as a short term goal. Just a size under what I currently am
