Well I was just reading my 1st entry when I was 58 damm this Thursday I will be 66 an I am still not down to the weight i want. I have lost weight was 390 now I am 273, I was down to 238 but I gained back the 30lbs that I lost when I had to do broth for over a month because I now have diverticulitis, but I am now just hanging in at that 273 an I do not like it am not sure what to do. I am not one to eat 3 meals a day. I have a small lunch/brunch what ever you want to call it around 10-11am daily, the dinner around 4-5pm. but my problem is I have been munching alot.. not garbage but yogurt,some chips, i love just a spoonful of peanut butter. I am still a big time stress eater. I have started to exerciser again like maybe once a week . I really need to get this going again, I want that 150-160 weight an right now at 273 I feel really, I mean really FAT
. Dont ask how I lost the first 100lbs, I just didnt eat I think. I am glad this is here so I can talk an no one laughs or yells at me,you all just listen an that means a lot to me. Thanks for being there.
