healthy rewards habits - still going!

It has been a while since I posted on Sparkpeople - but still trooping along!

The 400th healthy habits points reward happened around my birthday in late May. I used my free birthday gift from Sephora as my reward, and actually ended up really loving it! (2 lipsticks & a chapstick from Bite beauty).

The 500th healthy habits points reward happened last week, and I bought myself a sugar body scrub from Soap and Glory (drugstore skincare brand). It's a huge jar for the price, so looking forward to baby soft skin for at least a month!

In terms of upcoming habits that I'm pushing to develop, I'm back to explicitly goal setting around my weight loss goals. For August my goal is to lose 4 pounds. The strategy is:

- 6 cups of water daily
- Track and eat within range every day (yes every day for the month!)
- Exercise 3 days a week
