As much as I still want to make my 60 lb goal by Dragon Con, instead I'm going to focus on smaller goals. I've gotten past the 240s, the 230s and the 220s. I'm soon to get past the 210s and then I'm going to be pushing to get into One-derland.
Though I hate to say it, my husband is right, and I come from hardy, peasant stock that is supposed to be out working in the fields on a very scarce diet. I've always found that I can diet til the cows come home, but if I don't get a ton of exercise in, it won't matter. That being said, I've got my eldest on board to give me a good nudge (or shove) if I don't have at least 30 minutes of exercise of some time each day. It could be a trip to the gym, a long walk (not a stroll, a purposeful walk with music to keep my pace up), or doing the cha-cha at home. It has to be something that will end up with me being a sweaty mess.
