A few weeks ago I listened to a motivational speaker talk about goals. I was given the advice to write down my goals on note cards. The goal on one side, and on the other side, the saying of "ask and it shall be given...". I also wrote down on the note card the steps that I needed to do to obtain my goal. Every morning the task is to read these note cards and to think about how you are going to do just a LITTLE BIT BETTER than what you did yesterday in working towards your goal for the next 30 days.
Every day I wake up and put the thought into my head on how I am going to achieve this goal of having a healthy muscle defined body and how I can do better than what I did yesterday. I feel myself going further and getting stronger!!
Goals are important to have and staying focused on the goal, working towards it every day, is what is going to get me there!!

    Finding what works for you (or me) and something we can stick with is probably a goal in itself. The asking is an action process. Maybe even something Biblical in there. Keep going, keep reading and keep asking, then receive!
