it's been awhile, but I'm back and in a rut help!

emoticon I have gained back every pound i lost, so sad, I've been on the low carb which seems like the beat easy for me, but not here lately, so i thought tracking would make me more accountable, I've been watching My 600 lb life which motivates me, so i thought i would track my calories and go low carb, anyone else do this?, i feel awful about what i let myself get to, i had gotten to the point where i worked out 5 days a week for an hour and i had 2 jobs, today i only work one job and don't get to the gym very often, i just don't feel like it bit at the same time i miss how wonderful it made me feel, i guess that this is probably something that we all go thru, and i just need to get out of my rut and advice?

    I am sorry for your struggle. I gained back 95 of 120 pounds I had lost. Now I am working my way back down slowly. I wish you the best of luck.
