The Struggle is Real

The struggle is real I fight the food addiction and weight thing daily. But I am determined to keep a healthy life style so for anyone struggling don't give up. If you mess it is ok Just start again and make yourself accountable the next day. Or if I eat to much in the morning I cut back in the evening. Or I do a little more exercise. Your goal is to be healthy not just skinny. I struggle daily but I know what I am doing is worth it. I feel so much better since I lost 130 pounds. I feel so much better about myself and I have more confidence in me.
