Ever hear of flesh eating bacteria?

Monday, July 02, 2018

It's actually called necrotizing fasciitis and I survived it but because doctor's are clueless about the bacteria by the time they figured it out it spread into my joint, bones, and blood and almost killed me twice. They had to remove part of my bicep and deltoid. This happened December 16th 2016, I woke up and couldn't move my arm. It took the doctors four days to figure out what was wrong while the bacteria ate away at my arm. I was on home healthcare for three months with IV antibiotics going directly to my heart which I had to administer myself with one working arm. I did a year of physical therapy and now have a gimp arm. I started lifting weights again against everyone's recommendations because nobody has a clue and they just want to feed me pills, I just want to lift heavy ass weights lol. Everything is different but I'm hoping to be a success story and flex my gimp arm.
