Okay I weighed in today for my 5% challenge and yes my weight has definitely gone the wrong direction. I am heading back toward the 200 mark! Ugh! Now I do know why and saw it happening and I let it continue. Stress at work, my mom, and my best friend getting diagnosed with cancer. So I ate the wrong things and failed for 3 weeks to hit my step goal the majority of the days. It was just a temporary lapse. So once again I am recommitting myself to my goals.
1. 10,000 steps a day 5/7 days--the most important one for me--the rest usually follow easily if I do this one--gets me in the right mindset
2. Count calories
3. Water and herbal tea--64 oz a day
4. 5 fruits/veggies a day
Will start with these 4 and add my other ones back later.
