Pre Summer challenge thoughts

Tomorrow is the kick off to the 2018 Summer 5 % challenge, with endless possibilities to improve . I have really been cleaning up the program and working on rehabbing my foot . I have finally found the right way to tape it and almost walk pain free .
Monday I meet with my trainer to do measurements are to get the new work out schedule . the goal for this challenge is to break through this year long 8 pound plateau . Often people tell me I motivate or inspire them . I asked this lady the other day when she told me this " why is that " I mean dont get me wrong I work hard and it is hard to just motivate myself so how am i inspiring anyone else .
She said because good days bad days or just days you bust your a$$ . Your here sometimes you look happy sometimes you look sad sometimes you look like you are going to punch someone but the intensity you give off is felt by all of us . then she said " When I look at you I see what I want to be consistent, strong and courageous ." All I could do is say thank you and walk away .
I dont see myself as courageous but i guess I could be . It isnt easy to do what i do in pain and before you say rest up that wont take my chronic pain away . I strive every day to be the best me I can be . Not to motivate or inspire but if my journey helps just one person move forward to healthier life so they dont have to go through what i have been through then all of this more than worth it .
So I start tomorrow very humble to the process at least till we walk into the gym then all games are over . It is time to kick this plateau and start moving forward better .
