1. less stress on my knee
2. for better overall health
3. to have more energy
4. to be able to run another half marathon
5. to help my back
6 to get off my blood pressure medication
7 to learn to love myself
8 to not have to worry if I will need a seat belt extender if I fly on an airplane
9 to fit in clothes better and wear a smaller size so I can be more fashionable
10 to have more flexibility and move easier
