Reboot

Previously I was successful on SP. I lost as much as 45 pounds and to date have maintained a 20 pound loss. But I have been struggling lately and need a reboot. So I'm going to try the following:

1. Food
- 1 star: 5 freggie, within calorie range, within carb range; handle a food challenge well
- ½ star: 2 of four freggie, calories, carb, challenge
- 0 star: 1 or 0 of four

2. Water
- 1 star: 8+ cups of water
- ½ star: 6 – 7 cups of water
- 0 star: 5 or fewer cups of water

3. Exercise
- 1 star: 20+ minutes intentional exercise (Cardio or weights)
- ½ star: 40+ active minutes per fitbit
- 0 star: neither

4. Positive Parenting
- Create a positive memory, teach a new skill, handle a difficult situation with grace

5. Fun
- Do something you consider fun, enjoyable and/or relaxing
