Ok so my 100 days of exercise was a failure. My knee became very angry at me and swelled up. Wednesday I got a cortisone shoot and the swelling has gone way down and the pain is better. I joined the Summer 2018 5% challenge. I am a Firecracker!
Here is my exercise plan for the challenge
Strength training 60 minutes Monday and Friday
10 minutes of stretching daily
15 minutes on exercise bike daily
10 minutes walk on treadmill daily
10,000 steps per day
