This is so true especially for food addicts and emotional eaters. Some people think its easy. Just put the fork down or monitor what you eat. While those are easy words to say, it does take a heck of a lot of will power and determination to control what is consumed. You constantly have to be on guard..read nutrition labels... stay in the zone. High Five to all who are in the zone and in control. You've got this..WE'VE GOT THIS!!!
