That same old food tracker (again)

Three years ago, I did a blog about my food tracker - Ode to My Food Tracker.
I still don't use the food tracker - as good as it is for me. I think it's because I hated having to stop at many times a day to fill it out to make sure I got my nutrition recorded for the day. I even tried adding my nutrition when I signed in every morning, but then forgot to add or subtract something during the day of there was a change. But the truth of the matter is....
The tracker is my friend. So I decided to start using it again. Well, I hemmed and hawned about starting today because frankly, I want to eat a chocolate cupcake tonight and I didn't want to have to record it. (That's a sure sign that I need to use the tracker
). So, I'm going to start using it again - but I'm giving myself a break and will try to use it every OTHER day, even if I have to record the chocolate cupcake
, I'm upping my strength training, so I may as well give myself every advantage to lose those same 8+ pounds I've been trying to lose for the last ??? years.
Here's too doing better than before.
