Starting over again

I joined Sparkpeople in 2010 but only half-halfheartedly did it. I would go for several months without logging anything then would have a streak of a few days and forget again. This time I am determined to be more disciplined to track my food and exercise, and loose weight so I can avoid having to take medications for my pre-diabetes.

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it.
