Summer Challenge starts Wednesday! I want to outline some of my goals for this challenge to keep myself motivated...
1) Post weekly summaries here including:
What I crushed?
What I need to improve?
2) Commit to working out a minimum of 3 days/week but shoot for 5
3) No to processed foods - yes to whole foods
4) Drink more water
5) 20 lbs in 10 weeks
And if I reach my goal, I'm going to treat myself...I have no idea what, but def something haha.
