I eat alot of Boneless skinless chicken breast. Shrimp, green veggies. Some tuna but I am not really a fish eater. I love cashew milk,unsweeten almond milk. I do shakes Carb control Advant Eas. Slimquick ,pits of sugsr free jello. Nature's Own 40 life bread. PB2 powder,sugar free jelly. Think Thin Bars,Beyond Quest Cereal Bars. Egglands egg whites,Egg beaters southwestern egg subistute. Fat Free Reddi Whip on my jello and in my coffee. Dannon Lite and Fit Greek Yogurt. Stuffed mushrooms. sharkti pasta. Turkey bacon turkey sausage. These are all healthy things to eat while trying to lose weight . But portion control is the main thing and not eating to late at night.
