I am on a 1200 calorie diet. It is very important to journal or log everything you eat . How many calories. How many carbs. How much sodium. How much sugar,protein,fiber and calories from fat. Every single day. This keeps me on track. I do 60 to 100 grams of protein. 25 to 30 grams of fiber. Less than 150 grams of carbs. Less than 1500 grams if sodium daily. Drink at least 8oz glasses if water and I exercise 7 days a week. This helps with the excess of skin when losing weight. My Motto is I know longer live to eat. I eat to live. I started this because I wanted to be healthy and not die at a young age.Food was my addiction and it was killing me.
