My Only Problem

My biggest problem with the Keto diet is that I don’t like to eat meat. Finding things to eat and cook has been the hard part for me. So, far I am eating hard cheese, cottage cheese. yogurt,nuts, vegetables, peanut butter and chicken which are all doctor recommended foods. It is getting a little dull. However, I am determined to keep going.

    I've been trying to lower my carbs, but "doing keto" mystifies me. HOWEVER, Spark friend CTYONIT has blogged a lot of recipes, ideas, and links. Look her up? emoticon

    Annie, I have no idea but will look into it. I have never done it. I was under the impression though that it is a "meat-eaters' dream" diet. emoticon

    I am not all that sure about the Keto diet , I have just heard good things about it. I don't follow a diet i just watch what I eat. No junk, just good food. Good luck in finding recipes. emoticon

    I can't help either since I believe that "diet" is a four-letter word. I am not interested in anything that I cannot easily continue for the balance of my lifetime.

    Wish you success with the new diet. Would help you if I could, but I’ve never tried that diet.
