Splish splash and the 5% Summer Challenge

Today was a pool day. I've been trying to work up to a full 60 minute workout but have not hit that goal until today! I did jogging and lap swimming. You don't feel the work in your muscles until you get out of the water and then it kind of hits you. It's good to know that my muscles are engaged and working. Woo hoo!
My 5% challenge for Spring is in it's last week. I didn't lose 5% but I did make pretty good progress. I've signed up for the Summer challenge. It is a good way to try to replace old habits with new healthy habits and have a bit of fun too.
