I realized this week that this round marks 5 years that I've been doing the Biggest Loser Challenge (BLC)! I started in round 23 and now we are on round 37! I decided to retake my picture from that round.
In that time I am disappointed in the sense that I now weigh 7 pounds more than when I first started but I know I am fitter and healthier.
My SMART goals for this round is to lose that 7 pounds. I have signed up for the fitness streak to keep myself accountable but I need to focus more on my nutrition because I really believe that is my downfall. I am taking baby steps.
*This week I am focusing on getting back to smoothie breakfasts - I add greens to my smoothies and it's a great way to get freggies into my diet
*Week 2 & 3 - I will crack open the cookbooks and try some clean eating recipes
*Week 4 - I will add in more veggies (meat on the side)
I will revisit my nutrition during week 4 to evaluate my progress.
