hard to blog about regaining weight that you have worked hard to lose and to look at photos of then and now. even though its not as much weight as I started with in 2008 to lose its still more than I want to admit. but admitting it is the first step to getting truly back on course.I have been making excuses for my bad eating habits and truly there are none that I cant fix they are just excuses. so here goes to starting again in the right direction!
