Failure lies not in falling down...

Thursday, April 26, 2018

“If you have made mistakes, even serious mistakes, you may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing we call "failure" is not the falling down, but the staying down."- author Mary Pickford

Every time I leave SP, I stay gone because, 1.) I didn't have the motivation to stick with it every day and, not being able to accomplish even my daily goals, made me frustrated and ashamed; and 2.) staying gone gave me permission to do/eat what I wanted.

Every time I restart Project Me, I feel no one is going to respect me or support me while I try to turn this cruise ship around.

So, friends, and friends yet to be made, let's stay onboard together and have ourselves a fantastic time.

Rereading your profile this morning gave me a real boost. I love how you point out that one of two things WILL happen when you wake up tomorrow. I'm so tired of those regrets and tired of not wanting to get out of bed in the morning. Hang in there!

In 2012, I lost 25 lbs with SP - I was vigilant, walked more, excersized, everything. After two months, I stopped. I thought I could do it alone. Now it’s 6 yrs later and I speak out about my failures and my successes. Lets do this together!
