My Summer Plan

My schedule is changing with summer. This plan is NEEDED to keep me feeling JOYFUL instead of frustrated. emoticon

Facts to keep in mind:
Nicer weather brings more activities (both fun and chores)
More activities that add to fitness
More activities that could lead to more sitting while being around less active people
More chance of spoiled food due to heat and humidity (pack lunches safely)
It takes 3500 calorie deficit per week to loose one pound So work hard to be extremely

Need to:
be more flexible with all activities because less set schedule
focus on the positive and not beat myself up on what I am not doing
evaluate what is not going well and evaluate if it is realistic with new schedule.
have a flexible plan so I know exactly what to do when I have a few minutes
have plans for stretching, strength, and cardio and how to track/evaluate them.
have a plan for food on the run with seasonal foods
have plans to clean house in snippets instead of chunks of time as well as work time
Have system for charging electronics and having summer supplies ready to grab
Have fun 1 minute and 10 minute challenges and work on other streaks
Have clothes organized and ready to roll
not feel bad you are taking time to exercise or have fun.
feel confident in who you are and not let anyone make you feel guilty
be proud of your exercises and active activities
Aim for high calorie deficit: 3500 calorie deficit per week. Have time after evaluation to do
extra calorie burn to keep deficit high
Concentrate on high fiber foods and balanced meals
Drink a v8 in afternoon for a pick-me up.
