Day 2 check in

Okay. I walked today, but not all at once. I hope that still counts? I got my 5# weight out from the back of the car and did curls while sitting in traffic, alternating arms.
I’ve cleaned out the fridge (DH’s food’s one one side). Kinda followed the food plan for the day. I stayed within range pretty well. I made it back to Weight Watchers for the first time in 3 months. I’m not sure how long I’ll keep it up. I do like SparkPeople so much better, especially the tracking.
