There was a Doctor on CBC radio this morning talking about Type 2 Diabetes--
I had to turn it up and --called Himself to listen.
This Doctor said that Type 2 Diabetes can be turned around, by eating less carbs--refined sugars-- and sticking to 3 meals a day and a change of lifestyle.
I believe we see this on Spark---
I also am aware of it when I type Himself's charts---
Some of the patients who lose a lot of weight are able to go off their insulin---
So, I do not have Type 2 Diabetes, but I could---
It is in my family----plus, I love donuts--refined sugars--fresh bread---
I try every supper time to eat a fresh veggie-last night it was Kale, done in the oven and it was delicious--
It's an UBER day here --Sushi is jumping all over the place here--full of energy after her night's sleep--attacking my arms as I type--
Tess and I were out on the ice flow (that back road)--Beau and I will be going on "Po patrol" when I return home--("scuse the expression)-
Ms Dyson will be here later (who is really me!)-
I have lost a half a pound---Lord love a Duck--and my calories yesterday were over my limit-1700-----I must get that down--
So you see, life just rolls on here , in spite of knowing another snow storm is heading our way.
Now how do those geese know not to come up here yet?---
They are so smart!
And now I have to get going-----
